Flavourings producer Nactis increases production by 25%

In the production of (aroma) pastes, sauces, creams or fondants, the viscosity optimizes the drying and filling process. The viscometer contributes to a consistently high quality of the end product. Flavouring producer Nactis was looking for an in-line viscometer for a long time and found the solution in Sofraser's MIVI viscometer; highly viscous products can thus be dosed better and the critical limit can be monitored, which prevents a shut-down of the process. Not unimportant: Nactis was able to increase production by 25%.

Viscometer for aroma pastes and other flavourings

With an in-line measurement you are able to increase the production capacity and quality of your products. The Sofraser MIVI sensor is a resonance frequency viscometer and the robust analyzer has no wear parts. The stability of the product is a must for highly viscous products such as aroma pastes and mixes, as you can read in the article by Nactis. The most recent version of this process analyzer has even more to offer; the dynamic viscosity is measured as well as the density, so that the kinematic viscosity can also be determined.

The Sofraser MIVI analyzer is available in various versions with additional options. There are various mounting options, such as wall mounting (in a reactor or vessel), in-line (bypass) and in a measuring chamber (for small and flexible pipes).
