Measuring the viscosity of aroma pastes and other flavourings
More and more companies are adding value to their meat, chicken and, for example, potato products and make complete meals for which aroma pastes, mixes and other seasonings are used. These pastes and mixes often have a high viscosity. Most in-line viscometers work with a part that rotates in a liquid, but for highly viscous products such as mixes and pastes, such a meter is not always suitable.
