Accurate moisture measurement in gas streams is critical for the quality, safety, and efficiency of industrial processes. MEECO analyzers operate according to Faraday's Law using P₂O₅ electrolysis, providing a direct and absolute measurement method. Within the measurement cell, water vapor from the gas sample is completely absorbed and electrolytically converted, generating an electrical current that is directly proportional to the amount of moisture present, even at parts-per-billion (ppb) concentrations.
This primary measurement method delivers drift-free, traceable, and highly stable results without the need for calibration or reference gases. Operators receive real-time insight into the moisture content of their gas streams, supporting process optimization, quality assurance, and operational safety across production facilities, gas distribution systems, and laboratory environments.
