Polispec LITE

The Polispec LITE is a compact reflectance spectrophotometer that measures the spectral properties of materials to determine composition, quality, and the concentration of key constituents.

The instrument operates in the wavelength range from 580 to 1080 nm, at the boundary between visible light and near-infrared, making it particularly suitable for rapid, non-destructive quality analysis of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products in moving process streams.

Available in portable, inline process, and non-contact configurations, the instrument can be adapted to a wide range of industrial operating environments.

Two configurations for every application

Polispec LITE Industry

The Industry version is a compact reflectance spectrophotometer specifically designed for inline installation in industrial environments. The instrument can be adapted to a wide range of machine and process requirements, both in terms of mounting options and communication interfaces.

Polispec LITE Industry Contactless

The Contactless version is designed for applications where non-contact measurement is required. It can be configured for a wide range of measurement distances and features an integrated light source with internal feedback for automatic referencing during operation. Ideal for fragile, moving, or difficult-to-access product streams.

Software and integration

he Polispec LITE is supplied with two software packages:

PoliDATA: data acquisition and chemometric prediction software, compatible with SensoLogic and UCal
PoliPROCESS: process analysis software with interfaces for ISObus and PLC systems via Modbus TCP

Both packages are designed for ease of use, whether for standalone operation or backend integration into existing process automation systems.
